Delivery info:
Card orders will be shipped out within a day or two. Any custom piece the ship date will vary and I will be better able to quote you once we have discussed the item and design. Typically once design is approved and payment is received, 1-2 weeks. Let me know if your order is a rush and I will see what I can do.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped via priority mail or UPS ground service. At this time I am able to ship within the USA only.

Rush Orders: If you need your order in a rush please call and I will quote you for Fed Ex or UPS Air and will let you know the additional charge.

Sales Tax: 5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Maine.

Payment: Payment:  I accept VISA or MC either over the phone or using our online secure ordering system, or a personal check or money order thru the mail.

Policy: I stand behind every piece I create. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom items since they are made to each individuals specifications. I go through a series of steps to ensure that you will know exactly what your are getting and I am happy to send color samples so that you know the exact color, so please ask! Once you have "signed off" for approval you will receive the design we agreed upon with your chosen colors. If you receive an item you believe is imperfect, defective or damaged in shipping please contact me ASAP and we can decide what to do.
